The original post is here. For those who don’t feel like reading a back story, um. Get over it and read it – it’s really sweet!
She now can sing almost the whole chorus to Sixpence None the Richer’s “Trust” which is based on Proverbs 3:5-6. She can even get out the words “acknowledge him” – she hesitates on “make your paths straight” (I think that’s because I was singing it incorrectly at first) and she will not sing “He’s got it under control.” For some odd reason, she makes us sing that part.
It really is awesome to hear her singing that. It’s awesome to hear her singing.
She *has* to sing. Look at her heritage!!!! What I think is really, really neat, is that she’s always singing. She’s one of the happiest children I know. That’s my girl. 🙂
I agree with Mimi. That child has no chance … she WILL be a musician. It is ingrained in her genes! Such a happy child!
Taylor McAlister WILL BE the Next American Idol. 🙂 Keep on singing girl, it keeps your heart happy. It was great to see you guys on Saturday, we need to get together soon.
